Therapy for Individuals and Their Relationships
Welcome, I'm Paige. I believe that our stories matter, and they don't have to define us.
I also believe that the way we were cared for as children quietly shapes how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world in ways we rarely notice.
I'm drawn to going deep, to exploring how early experience, family, culture, and the larger systems we move through shape the stories we come to live by, including the self-critical ones that convince us of things that simply aren't true about who we are. Sitting with pain, we build the room to soften into ourselves, replace punitive messaging, and begin reparenting ourselves. We expand into ourselves and into the world.
I work with individuals navigating grief, relationships, and major life transitions, with a particular focus on how trauma shapes coping, including self-critical narratives and patterns of avoidance and self-harm.
Therapy is a partnership. Through our work together, you build the capacity to meet difficult emotions without being overtaken by them, transform suffering into expansion, and develop a more compassionate relationship with your own inner life.
With couples, I help partners turn toward each other rather than away, building connection through curiosity rather than criticism. Whether you are in a new relationship seeking tools to grow together, or a longer one looking to reconnect, we will explore what each of you brings into the dynamic. Every relationship holds a past that shapes it, a present that challenges it, and a future that offers hope. Together we will deepen your understanding of these layers while building tolerance for discomfort, so you can respond to one another with greater care, intention, and love.
